How refunds and cancellations work for RunClub community subscriptions.

1. Introduction
This Refund Policy applies to paid community subscription plans purchased through the RunClub website and related checkout flows.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before buying a paid plan.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns for these transactions.
All such sales are also subject to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may cancel your purchase and request a full refund within 14 days of the initial transaction date, or within 14 days of a subscription renewal date.
If you are not satisfied with RunClub for any reason, contact us or Paddle within this 14-day window for a full refund. No questions asked.
4. How to Request a Refund
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record and holds the funds, refunds for online orders are processed through Paddle.
- Visit https://paddle.net and submit a refund request
- Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle confirmation email
- Contact RunClub support at hello@runclub.com and we will help you escalate the request with Paddle
5. Cancellations After 14 Days
For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time after the initial 14-day period. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in a billing period after the 14-day money-back window has ended.
